Free, S.M.. delivered hie reserved 1 judgment in a case in which William Linderereen, hairdresser, of Dannevirke, was charged with bookmaking at the last Dannevirke races, also with unlawfully trespassing on the club's course an the same occasion. Defendant was convict- [ ed on both charges. He was fined i'loo on the first charge and .£2O on the second with costs. 5 (
