Wilkins, chief medical officer, of the Department of Education. IB was unoni- ■ m'ously resolved at the conclusion: "That it be a recommendation of this conference to the incoming executive that a committee be sot up to review the present stato of scientific knowledge, and to discuss methods of dealing with the mouth."
