DAIRYMEN DISAGREE WITH BOARD OF TRADE. By Teleitranli—Press Association. ' Christchurch May 18. •At a meeting of dairymen held tonight, the following resolution Was car-ried-.—"That this meeting Tegrets the attitude taken up by the Board of Trade in trying to fix the price of milk 'below the cost price in the winter months. Dairymen are determined to stand firm that the price shall iot be Mow Is. Gd. per gallon from May 1 to October. 1, - and are anxious that the'board'should send some expert dairymen, quite disinterested, to inquire thoroughly into tho cost of production on the farm."
