In the House of Commons Sir Robert J Horn. stated that the ' Government i thought tho removal of control of tho i distribution of coal as soon as possible 1 essential, but it would only be possible 1 if the artificial differentiation in the ' prices of industrial and household coal wero removed. Tho Government had t decided that both must bo sold at a ) price to cover cost of. production and t the standard profits allowed by the ' emergency Act.
