HERBERT BOOTH MISSION

The Herbert Booth Mission was continued in Kont Terrace Church on Tuesday. In spite of the inclement: weather, there' was a good attendance. Mr. Booth spoke with power on Isaiah, 53-5, "He was wounded for our transgressions, Ho was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed."

After Stephen had Been the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God it was ensy for him to face death, 6aid Mr. Booth. Wo can trace the life of Jesus the Son of God in tho pases of the_old Testament, and we find that is exactly the same as the history recorded in the Gospels. Tho centre of gravity in His moral life is shifted when a sinner accopts God's way of salvation. War among men is an awful thing, I>ut what must it be to ho at war with God? >
