The New York "Times" correspondent at Washington states that the Republican leaders expect considerable difficulty in obtaining enough votes to adopt Senator Knox's peace resolution. They aro confident, however, that it will cumninnd a maiority once they can force a roll call, but the belief is expressed that the Democrats will delay a roll call by every possible Parliamentary means, in order to savo President Wilson from the embarrassment of vetoing the. resolution and incurring the responsibility for further delaying peace..
