E. Crowe that the one year's lease of 2000 acres in Block VIII, Manganui S.D., hciu by him, will not be renewed when it expires on July 31 1920. It was resolved to grant A. Adsett, .sawmiller, Owhango, a license to mill the timber on part of Section 40, Block VIII, Kaitieke 8.1)., approximately 75 acres, which adjoins liis present, sawmill area, subject to payment of £1000. Mrs. A. B. Smith, owner of Waimarino 6b Block, applied for an area of one to five acres of adjoining Section 20. Block V, Hunua. S.D., or alternatively for tho portion of the section lylntr between her property and Makokomiko lioad, about 33 acres. The object of the application is to obtain accoss to water. It was resolved to recommcnd.
