ALLEGED INCEST

Sergeant O'Grady, of Waihi, with the local constable, arrested, at To Puko yesterday, Henry Thomas Hurrell, alias John T'fiomas Brown, a saddler in the town, on two charges of incest on his daughter at Christchurch in 1912, and with failing to maintain his wife, on warrant issued in 1912.
