ANNUAL REPORT The following is the annual report of the City Council's Building Inspector (Mr. E. E. Drummond):- i ' City district: During the year ending March 31. 293 permits were issued for the erection of new buildings and for alterations nnd additions to existing buildings in the city, as compared with 162 for the preceding year. An analysis of the buildings is as ehown below:— 1919; 192".
