Mr. Luke is arranging to tender General llon'h a civic reception in the Town Hull at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Juno S. The Prime Minister (Riant Hon. W. P. Mas- «!>•), tho Hon. W. D. S. Macdonahl, and some of the leading church dignitaries, are being invited to speak on the occasion.
