El Paso,' April 7. The reports of the officials investigating the widespread revolutionary Jjlot, fostered by agents in the United Sta.tes, to overthrow the Mexican Government, include, much correspondence of the iijjants with Villa. The plotters proposed to cross into Lower California, and.&eizo that State, with large quantities of arms and' ammunition, and then attack Ilonora and Sinaloa while Villistas opened the revolution in Chihuahua. Bribes were to bo paid to the Yaqui Indians. . Colonel Chavez, of Villa's urmy, wa# anested at Los Angeles, and confessed his part. Three others have been arrested, and charged with violating the neutrality of tho United States by fostering \i revolt against a ijoverwuent which the United' States recognised.— Keuter. . • >
