In the first two rounds the honours were slightly' in his favour, and in the last lie had his opponent on the ropes several times and narrowly missed knocking him out, trie referee finally stopping the bout and giving the only decision possible! Richmond boxed gamely, and, only in tho. third round was the tide turned against him.
