~ TO-DAY'S 'REGATTA. Favoured with a fine day the annual regatta, held under the auspices of the Wellington Bowing Association, which wis, on account of the unfavourable weather conditions, postponed from Saturday to today, should prove a decided success. BeBideß the local crews competing entries have been received from clubs representative of Canterbury. Wanganui, and \Vaitcm&ta. As some unrtrtainty still exists as to the course to be followed, it lias been found necessary for the Begatta Committee to meet at 7 o'clock this morning and make a decision. If the Wellington course k selected n. red flag -will be hoisted at the Town Hall, and in tho cyent nt the Petonc course being chosen a blue Hpt will be flown.
