GERMANS' PROPERTY
SOUTH AFRICA RESTORES CAPITAL
AND INTEREST.
(Rec. March 24, 7.50 p.m.) Cape Town, March 23. In the House of Assembly the Premier (General Smuts) said the property of Germans domiciled or resident in South Africa had been restored in -toto—not only the capital, but interest. The Government had acted with exemplary generosity—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. .
