Thero is much, talk in his letters about peace-n«ver for the welfare of the world, however; nlwavs from the point of view of advancing Germany's interests. To the Kaiser peace is equivalent to German supremacy. Moreover, any new line of policy suggested is consistently maintained and constantly discussed in relation to its effcrHw in (inio of.,war.. How to secure the isolation of Great Britain is the supremo aim."
