LABOUR REPRESENTATION COMMITTEE
The Wellington. Labour Representation Committee, at a meeting at the Trades Hall, decided to instruct its representatives on Hie , City Council to move in the matter of establishing a ' inunicijal bakery. It was also decided to ask the Hospital and Charitable Aid Board to receive a deputation from the Labour ]'i>preseiitation Committee to discuss the question of the administration of the Ohiro Old: People's. Home. The secretary was instructed, to call a conference of all' working-class organisations at the Trades Hall on Wednesday evening next to discuss the present acuto housing problem. ' Tor the ensuing year the following officers were elected}— President, Mr, W. Dyson; vice-president, Mr. C. Mediema; secretary and treasurer, Mr. R. M'Keen; executive. Mrs. S. Peck, Messrs. P. Eraser, A. Tvort, G. Ward, and A, Brcniiaii; lion, auditor, Mr. W. T.'Young.
