BUILDINGS DAMAGED AND VESSELS WRECKED. (Eec. March 18, 10.20 p.m.) Sydney, March 18. Noumea reports that a terrible cyclone struck Port Vila on Saturday. Tho wlrcless station, Government 'buildings, and hospital were damaged, and the railroad was washed away. Many vessels were wrecked, but there were no casualtie3'- ; - Prc'ss Assn.
