_, ■„, Sydney, March 18. lho Chambers of Commerce Conferenc* resolved to urge the Government to <lo its utmost to have the Pacific cable duplicated at the earliest possible date', also to arrange for wireless communication with America, Canada, and other'' parts of-, the world, Tho mover, in emphasising the importance of the resolution, remarked that Germany was linked up by wireless with Argentina, which ,was Australia's biggest competitor in the supply of primary products.—Press Assn.
