BREACH OP AGREEMENT. , Tho Inspector of Awards (Mr. 17. T. Bailey) proceeded against Lvdia Woodham in the Magistrate's Court yesterday for breaking her agreement under the New Zealand Federated Tailoresses' Award. It was stated that Miss TVoodham had heeu in the employ of A. Levy and Co., but had left them before the expiration of her terjn of apprenticeship, nnd had accepted work from another employer.' Mr, W. Perry, who appeared for tho girl. Admitted that she luid committed n breach, but contended that it wns not. very serious. Her reason for leaving Levy and Co, was not that she had been offered higher wages, but that she had been unable to pet on with certain others in the employ of the firm. , Mr. W.
