A White Paper has been issued indicKting legislation authorising the Board of Trade to grant credits up to <£26,000.OfiQ in connection with the export trade where it was found advisable owing to circumstances arising out of the war. The proposed powers date from September n, 1010. Tho credits are-exercisable within three years and repayable within six years—lmperial News Service.
