The Auckland Hockey Association has received a communication from the Canterbury Hockey Association, which passed resolutions after the Auckland-Can-terbury match last season reflecting on the comnetencv of tho Auckland referee (Mr. L. C. Kent), nnd has agreed lo accent tha withdrawal and expressions of regret, and rescinds tho resolution rcfusine to meot Canterbury teams. The association reciprocates the Canterbury Association's desire that friendly rslations 6hould be resumed. „
