THIS TEAR'S CELEBRATION.'. The celebration of Anzac Day was mentioned at Inst night's meeting of the Wellington Returned Soldiers' Association. ■' The chairman. (Mr. C. J. Harper) stated that it was proposed to. erect a temporay. cenotaph opposite the Parliamentary Buildings, yhere relatives and the general public could place wreaths. # The executive had also decidod, said Mr. Harper, that a, memorial service should be held' in tlie Town nail in tho afternoon. ' A firing party was to be used' on the present occasion.' and the names of men' willing to serve ui this party would l>e' received, with the object of rehearsal. • .
