WILSON'S REPLY CONCILIATORY. (Eec. March 10, 10.25 p.m.) Paris, March 8. President Wilson's .Adriatic reply is conciliatory in tone. It -maintains his attitude respecting tho Pact of London, and agrees to a solution by Italy and the Jugo-Slavs if that is attainable, but it must not transgress the essential principles of the December agreement, which must stand in its entirety if such solution is not attained—Aus.-N.Z. Cable_Assn. NEW TREATY RESERVATION TO PREVENT BRITISH OIL MONOPOLY. (Rec. March 10, 7.35 p.m.) > Vancouver, March 8. Senator Gore has introduced a new reservation designed to prevent Britain getting a monopoly of oil in Mesopotamia and Persia—Keuter.
