The inouirv into the case of Donald M'lntosh the returned soldier, who alleges unsatisfactory treatment at Seacliff Mental Hospital, was concluded today, excent for the. taking in Wellington of thf evidence of the Commissioner of Pensions to disprove the allegation that M'lntosh's pension was lot granted until the inquiry was authorised.
