THE KING'S FIFTY FINAL SHOOTING TO-DAY The Dominion Rifle Chnmpionship meeting at Trentham will he brought to a close to-day. Subsequently a protest was entered against Blenheim on the ground that they exceeded the time limit, but after consideration by. the executive it was disallowed. SPECIAL MATCH. A special match over 300, 500, and 000 yards, ten shots at each distance, resulted in T. W. Warburton (Petone) taking £2 and gold medal with a score of 131. A. G. Pietersen (Ponsonbv) took £2 with 130 C. G. Engstrom (Opaki) £1 with 130, and A. H. Dixon (Akarana) .£1 with 129. In addition there was a small prizo list for each stage of the match.
