DRIVING CONSTABLE'S MOTOR-CAR : Bt, Telefraph—Prem Amoolatlon. Whakatane, March 9. Standing near the'.Whakatane-Police Station this morning, thp chief constable's motor-car attracted _ the _ atten-' tion of two prisoners working in the grounds. While the constable was busy Wde as clerk of the court, they seated themselves in > the car and vanished.
