WATERSIDE DISPUTE
The waterside conference fat a Rain yesterday, Mr. J. G. Harkness. chairman of the Harbour Board, presiding. The delegates appointed committees to examine various questions, with art instruction to report to the full conference on Monday morning. It is expected that the proceedings will occupy eevcral days nest week.
