There was a large attendance o? representatives from all the bands in the present contest, and the location of the contest for next, year was fixed for Nelson in February or March. Dr. T'haclterwas re-elected president, and the twelve 'vice-presidents, secretary, treasurer, ami executive were all ve-elected.
