AMERICAN FIRMS ORGANISE. (Rec. February I, 7.25 p.m.) New York, February 3. More than one hundred representatives of American business firms have organised an American Commercial Association for the purnose. of enterrng into prompt trade with Russia. They have authorised mandamus proceedings against the Secretary of State, Mr. Lansincr. to compel him to grant them permission to trade with Russia.-Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
