The Alanawatu and West Coast ram fair was continued at Palmerston]So:rth to-day,.when 50 stud and about 1400 (toclc Rouineys were eubniittcd, including ft large proportion of good sheep. Wie attendance was small and the bidding ■slack There was practically no demand for lower-class sheep, and a big percentage was passed. Stud rams brought 11, 15 and 21 guineas, and one up to <0 Riiinenc. -In flock sheep, the lower-class sorts brought H to 2 snineas; good sheep. 4, G, nnd 7 guineas; and best, 8 to 10 guineas.
