The Inter-Allied Commission has • declared that the men-of-irnr to be.' delivered .bv Germany under the Peace Treaty must be completely annul and provided with nil material excepting ammunition and explosives. Germany replied _ that she 'was obliged under the armistice to disarm all the uninterned warships, and therefore the material was removed, and subsequently part of it was used for industrial purposes.
