Mulvey, representing the Post and Telegraph contributors; 'Messrs. F. ij. Rowley (Secretary LaJmar Department), O. R," C. RoWef'on (General Manager State Fire Office), and J. W. Macdonald (Assistant Public Trustee), ■representing contributors belonging to other Departments. As tho number nominated ones not exceed the number of vacancies, the above have been declared duly elected members of the bonrd.
