SCHEME FOR BEOEGANISATION.

The Government has approved of the reorganisation of the Territorials, including an obligation to serve overseas in an extreme national emerpency, but not until j the reserves are called to tho eolonr.s and subiect to the sanction of Parliament. Tho special militia reserve is also retained—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn.-Beuter.
