BOMBAY MILL STRIKE
DEVELOPMENT OP UGLY SITUATION. (Bee. January 29, 8 p.m.) Bombay, January 25. Ten thousand dockers have joined tho mill strikers. The situation is ugly, as looting nnd rioting have begun. All shons in tho mill areas are closed. Tho troops fired on looters, but there were few casualties.—"The Times."
