FORECAST OF ARRANGEMENTS FOB TOUR. London, Januay 21. Tho "Sunday Times" Rives an authoritative forecast nf the arrangements for the Prince of Wales's visit to Australasia in tho Renown, whose docks of steel are being covered with teak owing to the heat in the tropics. Tho' Prince leaves Portsmouth about March 15, whero the Kin? and Queen will hid him goodbye. The staff accompanying the Prince is similar to that on the Canadian four, with several additions, but the official historian of the tour has not yet been selected. The Prince will probably land at Melbourne first, as did the King and Qneen, but Perth is pressing its claims. After touring New Zealand tho Prince is expected to return to Australia, embarking at Sydney on the homeward journey through the Sue/, Canal, and arriving in England towards the end of September— Aus.-N.Z.
