CHARGE Or CRIMINAL LIBEL FAILS. Berlin, January 25. Herr Ebcrt (President) and Ilerr Noske '(Minister of War) have prosecuted the editor of "Satyr" for criminal libel, for cartooning them as a hoar and a monkey respectively. The Judgo acquitted the editor, declaring that the Court must not set a petty standard when liberal views should prevail in Germany.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assu.
