The Privy Council has reserved judjft ment in the Nc,w Zealand case of Tarbutt and others versus Nicholson and another—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. London, January 23. Tn the New Zealand appeal case the Union Steam Ship Company v. Robin the Privy Council intimated that they favoured the respondents' case, and did not desire, to hear respondents further at present, and reserved judgment.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
