Durham University has conferred ils honorary degree of Doctor of Divinity upon Bisliop Gore. Dr. Dawson Walker, the Professor of Biblical Kxegesis at the University, in presenting the Bishop, said that, equally as theologian, teacher, ureacher. and administrator, lie stood forth as chief and leader. King's College. London, was fortunate to secure this help in the e*pncily of ft tcaclicr of theology.
