The Railway Officers' Institute to-day considered the liaihvay Superannuation Fund, arriving at decisions which will be nlncod before the authorities. • The ••hief proposals a creed to include compulsory retirement at sixty of members who havo completed forty years' service. It was also decided to ask for actuarial investigation of the fund at once, and at regular intervals: also for adequate and substantial subsidies based on such investigations, as is done in tho case of oilier Public Service funds.
