The c.s.ni. case is in Pnlmerston, and the lethargic encephalitis case in Wellington. One ease of scarlet fever occurred in Wellington, one in Wfuwrapa, and one in Waipawa. Five cases of diphtheria occurred in the Wellington district, three in Palmerston district, three in Waipawa. three in Nelson, and one case in Stratford, Patea, Wanganui, and Wairarnpa,
