The conferenco arranged for preliminary investigations to be made by representative cooperative men in London, with o. view to establishing a federation there, with iho dual object of buying and selling. The first issue of shares will be three thousand shares at 4:10 subscription, confined to these companies engaged in the distribution of primary products.—Press Assn.
