THIEVING AT A HOSPITAL
THREE SISTERS CHARGED,

Three sisters, named Tinnelb, all of whom had been employed at the Christciurcb Hospital as wardsmaids, wero charged to-day with having.stolen goods to the value of £\l Is., the property of the Hospital Board, and other wardsmaids. Evidence was given that for como years thieving at the hospital bad been a somewhat serious matter. Accused had been caught, stealing, 'but it was not suggested that they wore tho only culprits. Tho two elder girls wore ordered to come up for sentence when called upon, and to report lo the pronation officer weekly for twelve months, also to pay certain expenses, while the younger girl was ordered to report to the Catholic priest in her district once a ■week for one year. ,
