DISTRIBUTION WILT, TiTO-TWTABLTSH BKtTISH SUPREMACY. London, January 1. A hundred German ships, mostly interned in South America, and many exceeding 10,000 tons, remain to bo handed over to the Allies in addition to the 250 Already surrendered and provisionally distributed anions the shipping companies. Their distribution and the British shipbuilding activity will re-estnb-lish the supremacy of British shipping, which at present comprises five, per cent, more tonnage than before tho war, although it is still short of requirements.—Eeutcr.
