Thomns Crisp, single, a returned soldier, a native of England, was billed on the railway lino between Kakahi and Owhango by the norlh-bouml express on Now Year's Eve. Deceased owned a returned soldier's farm, and was making his way homo from ICakahi along Oho lino when ho was overtaken suddenly by tfio express and killed instantly. Tho boity was badly njutilatod.
