PRISONERS IN SIBERIA
0 A RED CROSS APPEAL, Geneva, December 30. The International Commit 100 of tho Red Cross is appealing for hoh> for Aus-tro-Hungarian prisoners in Siberia. It states that there aro still two hundred thousand men there, and that many have been there since 191-1, practically without fires, light, and clothes, and with little food. A typhus epidemic recently killed nineteen thousand.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
