SUPPOSED SUICIDE

Palmcrston North, December 2G. Mrs. Knimn Kliza llnrrimaii, wife of ]1. F. narriinan, residing in Napier lioad, Palmorsloii North, was admitted to the Public Hospital on Wednesday about mum, siifforinu from the effects of poison, and she died at an early hour on Hie folloivinii moniiiifl. An inquest was opened on Christinas Day before the Act-ing-Coroner, Mr. A. J. Graha'ii. dunce shoved Unit wlien the husband left home for work on Wednesday at G..«) a.m. bis wife anpeared to he in her usual health, but it'ton his returning at dinner time he found her in a very 'bad way, and she was immediately taken to the Hospital. The inquest was. adjourned until Wednesday next in order that an analysis of the stomach may bo made.
