A motor-ear, containing eight Natives, was going up the beacli, when near Cook Monument, one. wheel came oil and U'.o car overturned. Totoru was pinned under'.'calh the cnr. and was nlivo when extricated, but died soon after admission to the Cook Hospital. Two other Natives were injured, but not: wriou.sly.
