Shortly after 5 o'cluek 011 Saturday evening, tho express from Auckland col-, lined with a motor-lorry at Koutn crossing, about two miles from Rotorua Station. The lorry was smashed, and the driver, David Humphreys Edwards, a dairyman, was severely shaken snd tut about the face. Jacob Barnett Ivarvis, who was with him on tho seat, was badly shaken ami sustained a severe scalp wound. Both men were brought to Rotorua bv tho train, and taken to hospital.
