Clemenceau w ill be elected President with a majority of 750 votes. M. Millerand will become Premier, nnd M. Poincnre will possibly join the Cabinet ns Minister of Finance. The newspapers declare that even if M. Clemenceati declines nomination to tho Pre.ddenej - , he will still bo elected. In the event of M.
