On a chnrgo of storing liquor in n proclaimed area a defendant was fined XlO and costs; a resident of M'anganui, charged with selling whisky in a proclaimed ami, was fined tho full penalty, rfso. For supplying liquor to Natives, two offenders were fined .£25 and costs each. A Nntivo, charged \rith aiding a person unknown to commit 'a broach of the Licensing Act Amendment Act, 1910, waa fined and costs.
